Mystery Christmas KAL

The Bakery Bears podcast duo of Dan and Kay Jones have split the Christmas advent calendar this year by doing their own things. Dan is taking the viewers out on trips to interesting places that have Christmas connections and Kay has started a mystery Christmas Knit along. So on every odd dates its Dan and even dates it's Kay, so the KAL (knit-a-long) is a pair of socks with a Christmas/festive theme.

  • Day 1.  Fairy Light Ribbing
  • Day 2. Chimney Stacks
  • Day 3. Tinsel Lace

Tomorrow is the next section and I can't wait to see what pattern that will be.

    Tradera Shopping

I have lately bought some bags that I will be using for my knitting needles and crochet hooks and I'm very pleased with them.

And I also bought this one and still waiting for it to arrive.

    The House-warming Blanket has moved.

The happy recipient of the blanket, My stepdaughter Gemma

If you can remember the house warming blanket I was making for my stepdaughter in England, then I can inform you that she has it now on display and is a very proud owner of it. I saw it in real life when my husband and I were over for a visit and it feels good to see that all that work was worth it.

    Knyta 70-tals nyckelringar/band

Firstly I have to start saying that this post just have to be in Swedish, but I think you can follow the instructions by looking at the picturest from the link.

    Bombini

    Bombini by Kay F Jones

This was a really quick and easy knit. A nice cowl that starts as an triangle and later you knit it in the round. So it's more of a bandanna than a cowl and I love the colours too. If you would like to knit this one, then you find it on Ravelry and the pattern is for a fingering and a worsted weight version.

    Started: 27th of July 2019
    Finished: 30th of July 2019
